Went there and the young boy that was taking orders was upset that he had to be to work. He clearly doesn't want to be there.... Best food and service. The employees are really sweet and nice. The food is always fresh and delicious. I pass several Popeyes... and KFC to enjoy actual good fried chicken. They make it with love here. Read more
My Mother and I visited this raggedy location last week they not only served us cold food and old chicken they forgot to put our... coleslaw in the bag also they conveniently forgot our receipt so that we could not have the order made up to us Guess where wewont be ever eating at again! This is the worst location in the state. Period. Place is filthy, staff is depressed and unfriendly, almost as if I'm... inconveniencing someone for ordering food. The line to order is slow moving, if you order online, don't expect your food ready.They won't make it till you get there even though the app says otherwise. Today though takes the cake. I ordered food online,it said it would be ready at 6 o'clock. I got there at 6 o'clock and of course, it wasn't ready and there was a long line. WhenI finally made it up to the "to go" counter at 6:15 and told them my order number they told me to hold on. After 15 minutes moreof waiting, A different staffer asked me what I was waiting for. I began explaining my order when she cut me off to tell methat they were out of white meat and that it would be another 20 minutes before it was ready. Having waited 30 minutes already,I explained to her that I think it would just be better if I got a refund and went on my way. Without even looking at me shetold me she could not give me a refund and it was up to me to call the corporate office. She handed me my receipt, and walkedaway. I hate going here so much. If i was the owner I would be mad at how much the location is losing do to pooranagement. Ifound out that it's a corporate location too. I love the product but this was my last visit to this location, unless there is abig sign out there one day that reads "Now under new management." 1 star, will not recommend, will not return. Not impressed. Extremely hot & muggy inside with little or no AC available. Staff seemed very unorganized & running all over... the place. Couldn't really tell who's cooking & who the cashier's were. I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner with a largelemonade. Even with the heat of the interior, the chicken & chicken skin was cold & dried, like ceramic tiles. Like it'd beenover cooked hours before. Lemonade had no ice & tasted funny. I'll never go back. Waste of money. Read more
We ordered a three piece fried chicken meal and a chicken sandwich. The chicken was crunchy, hot and flavorful. The breast on... the chicken was extremely small however so, it was mostly dark meat which we did not care for. The chicken sandwich was verygood, taste similar to the famous Popeye sandwich. The fries were like warm crinkle cut but, were still pretty good. And lastlythe honey biscuit were warm.and crunchy and soaked in honey butter. We did like them but I prefer kfc biscuits where you can addyour own butter and honey. Overall food was good. The lady at the counter was wonderful and gave great customer service. Would Igo back? Maybe, I would choose Popeyes over them anytime. Read more
Unfortunately, this location didn't make our visit worth while. Only one of three orders were completed. There wasn't sufficient... food supplies. This location was out of SO MANY items. The food we did get was good though. Read more
