Where do I start? Management absolutely amazing! When you have good management you have good staff and guess what they were... absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure who she was until the end. I actually approached her to ask her name and I found out that shewas the manager, her name was Carol or Caroline. I first asked for a special Pizza to be made and of course she was very happyto take care of that. I've had gastric bypass surgery so I can't have but a little bread. I tasted the topping to a custarddessert and it was delicious so I actually asked her if she can make me the dessert minus the bread and she did happily!Everything was clean, smiling faces and it meant the world to me because I don't get a visit with my grandchildren often unlessit's a day they have off for school. I was extremely disappointed and upset. This was the worst Experience at cicis pizza ever. We walked in and there were tables... that were open but not cleaned off. We ended up going over to the table that had plates on it and the bathroom is right there.It smelled like urine and the table was still dirty after they did they supposedly clean it. It was horrible. The manager was super great he definitely knows how to run a store. *Edit**** idk where the manager went to but this store is... terrible. I will never come back here again. Can you believe they charged me 14$ for these wings. They wouldn't make a newbatch. To top it off it taste like the wings were pre cooked earlier during the day and re heated for my family. I hope I don'tget food poisoning from this place. I'm so annoyed I paid over 50 $ to eat at this place and provide garbage. The only thingthat was nice was our server . He was super sweet. Was very nasty when we ate there today .... Bathroom was infested with cockroaches... No ice for drinks... And salad bar had no... salad in the Alfredo sauce was not even hot...Very disappointed..... Always have taking my family there but not since thePandemic... No Excuses accepted!!! Read more
