Austin made me a perfect pie even at 12:15 at night. I tried Dominos gluten free for the first time: Really good Hawaiian, tasty... thin crust, slightly chewy, with a little spice either in sauce or a touch of red pepper. I ordered my pizza items online. The pizza and other items were made on time and delivered on time. The delivery person was... very nice. I could not eat the pizza because it was very greasy, soggy, and seemed to have alot of spices (?) on it that Inormally would not see on a Dominos pizza, which was overwhelming when it came to the taste of the pizza. The cheesy bread wasnothing but dough and once again appeared to have an overwhelming spice taste to it. I was afraid to eat the chicken specialty. It just did not look like what I have eaten from there in the past. It may be mentioned that I had not ordered from thisdominos in a good while, however, past experiences with this store had been positive. I don't think I will be ordering fromthis Dominos in the near future. Other Dominos that I have ordered items from were consistent with one another in how theytasted, the ingredients, and how they were prepared. This store was different. I hope they can improve on the quality and tasteof their food items in the future. Read more
The worst Domino's. Orders are always wrong one way or another. I asked for the manager and I get some young snippy girl who... was the General Manager, namedJasmin. I don't know who hires these people but they sure don't know how to run a store. Don'torder from here. Read more
Received a medium pizza that was cold and not tasty. I just threw it away.Called and ask for a refund. I was told they don't... give refunds. That's the last time I order from Dominos. Do not order from this location. Read more
Ordered one pizza with tomatoes and garlic but they made it with the same toppings as the other pizza. Waste of money since I... only like pizza with tomatoes ???? it?s not worth driving back to wait for another. The receipt shows they did have knowledge ofwhat should have been on the pizza. Read more
Just received our order from the Dominos on Shepherd Rd and there is no sauce at all on the pizzas! We?ve been ordering from... this Dominos for years and lately it seems every other order is made incorrectly. Today was only the second time in 8 yearsI?ve called to complain and there was not a hint of apology for the inconvenience? just ?my manager says we can remake yourorder but you have to give the pizzas back?. When I agreed I was told our order would be resubmitted like it?s a new order. Two stars for the orders we?ve received in the past but honestly the horrible customer service, what seems to be an everchanging staff who can?t remember to put sauce on a pizza and being treated like a nuisance because we want sauce on our pizzaguarantees our next pizza is coming from Marco?s. Editing to add that we received replacement pizzas that had sauce on them butone had the wrong toppings. So done with this Dominos. Read more
As usual ordered extra sauce on pizza and never got it. So tired of asking them to remake. Lakeland is only place that doesn't... do it when I order extra sauce. Not sure what is so hard about it. If I want dried out cheesey bread then I would order that! Read more
Never eating at this Domino?s again. They sent me two bowls of burnt cheese, claiming that was their five cheese dip. My... boyfriend called and was told that?s just their dip, despite getting in at other Domino?s, and enjoying it previously. While onthe call, the staff was very unhelpful and the rude.
