The drive thru can be long at times but the employees are nice and they have one of the best sweet teas for a chain restaurant.
Got 3 flavors they throw them all together in a bag and of course the frosted 1 goes in the bag 1st so they can be sure that it... all comes off on the bag. Dunkin do better. Read more
Dunkin' was busy both in store and Drive up, yet managed to keep both options moving very well. There were upwards of 8 team... members working the counter and drive through. Overall we had a good experience! Read more
Great staff and a clean restaurant.. The only issue would be that there are NEVER any hand towels in the mens bathroom. I visit... this location 3-4 times a week for breakfast and to wash up while working in the AM hours and haven't seen towels once.. Read more
Can someone please just get it right? Every time we visit, we can count on the crew members to be more focused on things other... than the customer or their orders. From routinely getting the entire order wrong or incomplete, to the cashier holding my cardout the window without having the decency to even look at us, as if she can't be bothered with actually making sure my creditcard makes it into my hand. Today was no different as the gang gathered around to discuss someone's car accident and how the"guy" got dragged from the car. All they could do was make comments, remaining completely distracted from the task at hand. Ihate to call but I called the store to get a "Yeah?" response to my call by someone clearly less interested in my call and whenI asked for the MoD, I was told to call back in 10 minutes because they were in the bathroom. How about asking me, "How may wehelp you?" or "Is there anything I can do to assist you today?". Unfortunately for their owner, I'll drive farther to adifferent competitor and enjoy a more enjoyable experience moving forward. Read more
This is my favorite Dunkin in town. Coffee is always good and they always get my order right. Staff is super friendly.
