We arrived at 11:30am to every table being dirty and needed to be wiped down. We picked the "cleanest" one. The floor in the... whole restaurant was slippery and greasy. Not the best for someone using a walker from an accident. Even my husband commentedon how the floor was so slippery. Food was good, as it usually is. Didn't receive nearly as many fries as usual and the ladytaking orders was kind but sooo annoying as she yelled as she spoke the whole time we were there. I can't praise this store enough. We order regularly from them to the point that they recognize us now I think. But we do so... because they always get the order right and they're such a pleasure to do business with. Recently a glitch in their appresulted in my order failing to get delivered to the store even though my card had a pending charge. I called after notreceiving the food in the time estimated and and the manager immediately jumped on the order without worrying about whether thesystem would eventually process the initial order. Over-priced food. 2 small drinks, a double burger and fries. Total of $28 - outrageous. And to top it off the music was so... loud you would think you were in a bar and you couldn't hear when they called your order number and conversation was impossible.The floors were so greasy that you were sliding. Don't think they know how to properly clean their dining room floor. It is anaccident waiting to happen and of course it will result in legal issues. Will we go back - NO. Read more
The only, sole reason I'm dropping one star is the price. Other than that, the food is super good! Burgers taste like actual,... well, Burgers! Unlike other places that have this sort of rubbery meat on 'em I've been to a few Five Guys in other states andthis one met that expectation! Very well done! Read more
This usually my go to Five guys and they are typically really good. However this time visiting was a little disappointing. When... we walked in we were greated but no one came up to take our order. I understand being busy but there was only one other customerin the restaurant. The waiting isn't the problem. The problem is not knowing if they forgot about us. They could at least say"we'll be right with you" or some kind of acknowledgement. Lastly they got our order wrong. The person that took our orderactually repeated our back to us so I'm not sure why it was wrong. Luckily my wife didn't mind too much. The food was great andfresh. I am definitely going back, everyone has an off day. I would still recommend this place. Read more
So this location... the staff is doing great but seem understaffed. 2 people on during a Saturday night seems not right. And... considering the amount of cars and customers there at the time, I hope these workers are at least being paid extra for beingunderstaffed. That being said, these guys were KILLING IT! They were focused, trading of jobs, getting work done. And weregenerally friendly enough while having to be so focused on the food. Service 10/10 I just wish the man and woman working hadmore help.
