Went to eat with my daughter we sat at the bar and ordered 25 wings, pound of shrimp and 2 fries as well as alcohol. They... brought our fries and shrimp out first like they were appetizers. We finished our shrimp and fries because they were gettingcold waiting on the wings. After we finished our shrimp and fries we still waited on wings. FINALLY they brought our wings aftercomplaining to the bartender and manager. I told him we didn?t want the wings because we were done with our food and ordered ameal not different courses. Manager took the wings off no apology, no compensation, no NOTHING! Just an ok you don?t want theseand walked off! Kitchen staff sucks as well as the manager! This was $100 check not a $10 check! It was quite busy however we had great service....our waitress was very attentive and the food came out had a great temperature... not cold. Worst hooter ever. Wings came out warm with sauce poured over them. Not fresh order but out of a warning tray apperceive was not... there. Not a drop of grease in the tray showing it just came out of the fryer. Sauce usually reacts and changes darker. Not evenfully coated Read more
A little pricey but it's well worth your trip. They serve fast here unlike many other Hooters I've been to. The most beautiful... bartender Breanna was very attentive, thoughtful and very friendly at the bar with me. I always end up spending just under $40including tip and taxes for 10 delicious Buffalo shrimp, a side salad, 6 Buffalo wings and 1 beer. I would give 5-stars if theycould cut back on the prices, then I would go more often. Read more
Good atmosphere, and clean. I ordered the fish and chips. I knew it would be battered and fried, I was surprised at what I got!... 4 pieces of fish the size of my finger. All the rest was batter! I received a call from the restaurant manager. He was verysorry for this experience and offered restitution. I do believe him that this doesn?t normally happen. I?m temporarily staying in Plant City for work, and decided to meet up with a friend of mine to spend time reminiscing about her... sister who recently passed. Our waitress Hailee was awesome! I was so burned out from work I asked her to surprise me with adrink since I couldn?t make up my mind and she did great each time.
