Sad to say this place has gone from OK to terrible within the last few months. It?s not just the food, but the service as well.... It?s under ownership and we've been there a few times since the new owners took over. A few things have changed. For oen thingthey have new servers who aren?t very friendly, they barely greet you or smile. The one server that was left from the previousowner is no longer there; she was the only one who was friendly and greeted us with a smile. We were regulars for about 15years. There were usually 8 or more of us and so I would always reserve a table. Unfortunately the last couple of times ourreservation was taken by another group and the management didn't do anything about it. Why take a reservation if they aren'tgoing to hold it. This never happened before. What kind of service is that? We thought to give them another try recently with atakeout order. They said it would take at least 30 minutes for our food to be ready. We were there to pick up our food on timeliving only minutes away. The place was completely empty when we got there. The food was a disappointment when we got home. Thepita bread to our gyro was hard as a rock and the meat was cold and really dry. It seemed as though it had been cooked earlierand reheated. Our full order of cheese fries was only half portion with no bacon and barely warm. Then our pizza didn't have allthe toppings and the crust wasn't crispy as requested and also barely warm. Part of the meal had to be thrown away. Totallyunnecessary?.It's wrong to throw food away due to negligence on whoever prepared it. I called and was on hold for a long time?.Idon?t understand why as they didn?t seem to be busy at all. UPDATED 10/10?Regular customer here as we live less than 0.1 miles away. I will never go back now, went there for lunch on 7/9,... we paid $20 for a pitcher of bud light which is heinous and the group next to us had a tadpole in there beer, i am notexaggerating. Per the bartender they service everything ?regularly? which is clearly false. I cant believe how downhill thisplace has gone, such a shame. Such a shame as this was the first impression for people in my party. UPDATE: Fiancé convinced meto go back for dinner on 10/9- service was horrendous?. Server took our drink orders, handed us our menus then left for over 15minutes before getting our drinks to us. She takes our order then the wings come out with the wrong sauce, we ask her to makeright and she charged us for the additional wings. I would not set foot in this place They do not believe in customer service!! I ordered over $40.00 of food to be delivered and... the driver went to the wrong house! Those people who took my food are also jerks!! So, I drove to get my money back and the foodI ordered. They would not give me both, although the delivery driver should pay for my food!! The owners/management just laughedat me and told me I was wrong!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!?? Supposedly theycredited my card. This place is a gem. Antipasto salad is very nicely presented and fresh. Pizza is one of our favorites in Polk County and is... served piping hot from the oven. Staff members are very nice and appreciative of your business. We recently discovered it andhave been there numerous times. Can't wait to go back. Read more

I previously wrote a good review but after a recent order I don't intend to order here again. Got some teriyaki wings so bad we... couldn't eat them because of how salty. Pizza dough was dry and chewy last time we ordered as well. Not to mention we ordered agyro that was super grosssss. I called them to see if I could return for a refund, they wouldn't issue anything.
