Closed on Sunday night at 9pm?? Schedule in the door listed closing time as 12am....light's on...marquis lit up..workers... inside..drive through coned off. Can't make money if you're not open...oh??? Mabe workers inside don't want to be working. Read more
It was a normal McDonald's experience, generally fast service, clean and organized, nothing bad to report. Who they did have... tractor trailer parking in the back for about 8 trucks. That's great for our truckers! Read more
I just bought the nastiest breakfast in my life. The eggs where cold and looking like slimy. The hash brown was cold like from 5... days ago. Had to throw it away! Is like the employees there gave up on life and don?t care anymore about anything. If you don?tlike your job, no passion about it- just quit and let others that care work there! Nasty place. You cannot place an order with a person so Seniors cannot get the discount that they're entitled to. When you do place an order... for the dinning room they don't bring it to you or verify your order when they place it on the counter. It does no good to havea "tent" as is suggested when you do use the kiosk to place your order because they have no intention of following their ownprotocol. I'm glad that Ray Kroc isn't around to see what's happened to the once bright and cheery place of his vision. Sad,very sad. Read more
The food was fine, but overall service was very poor. Despite using table numbers for the orders, the orders were left to sit on... the counter till customers came looking for them. When we got our initial order, the drinks for my meal and the happy meals werenot provided. Had to get someone's attention to get those. There was no napkins or straws on the drink bar, and they were neverrefilled the entire time we were there. No Dr Pepper and no tea on the drink bar. After ordering icecream dessert, had to askfor spoons as none were provided and none were available on the drink bar. The level of apathy show by the staff was sad. This location is supposed to be 24 hours. Imagine my surprise when I pull through on my way to work and am told that they're... 'closed at the moment.' Unfortunately, this isn't my only bad experience with this location, just the most recent. If theyneeded to close due to an emergency, they certainly could have handled things better than a terse statement in the drivethrough. Read more
6:37pm and they are closed, again. Absolutely the worst McDonald's ever and I used to manage a McDonald's. For being right off a... major freeway and closed as soon as it is dark everyday is ridiculous. They have no sign that says they are closed or why. Ifyou try to call them you just get some weird sound and it hangs up. If you knock on the door they just start laughing. I amdriving a truck with a trailer that won't make it through their drive through. So I stood at the menu board and tried to placean order and they say they don't allow walk ups. They say use the app but I am paying cash. This place is doing everythingpossible to lose business. Read more
It was late, they were open & the staff was amazing. Polite, quick & efficient. Food was hot & fresh
