Don't get me wrong, the 1 lady, was by herself, and she did great.. as best as she could for a lunch rush after a 5k event... nearby. Severely understaffed. We waited in line 25 minutes, waited for our food (wt 1 cook who was not in any hurry) foranother 20 minutes. She apologized several times, again not her fault, she did what she could and was very sweet. The managerwas working drive thru.... and yelled at someone about not selling OJ because they were out, no soft drinks as well. He finallycame over to help take orders, but stood there after taking all the orders for 20 minutes, at the register and proceeded to justwalk outside. No one helped the cook, nor the cashier . The were 2 other people in the back doing nothing, standing around,wiping something, the other pretended to look for something. Poor management, poor team work. I felt so sorry for the cook andcashier. The manager remained outside on his phone, I'm assuming took a break for about 30 minutes. In total, we waited inline, and for our food 45 minutes. I hit McDonald's daily at many locations from Sarasota, IRB, to Tampa and never have I hadthis much discouragement . I give the 2 ladies 5 ????. The rest....???????? Read more
Stopped during evacuation for rr break and quick bite, seemed staffed okay but disorganized getting things done. No water... pressure to wash hands in either rr and every hand sanitizer station was empty. Usually not so negative,but health codesrequiring workers to wash hands before returning to work would take several minutes at best without water availability. Read more
Horrible experience!!! 15 minute wait to order in drive through. Order was wrong. Went inside to correct order and cashier was... too busy talking to someone on her AirPods(not drive through head set). Then the worst happened, a freaking live roach crawledout of the Happy Meal box. My office is nearby and several employees said not to eat there. I will never be back!!!! Read more
We live right down the street from this McDonald?s and have the misfortune of eating here regularly. Today was the last time,... they get the order wrong at least 80% of the time. The last two times, we ordered the special of 40 McNuggets and two largefries. Both times we were in a hurry, sent driving age kiddos to pick up the food, they got home and had 3 boxes of nuggetsinstead of four. We are a family of four, my husband didn?t get to eat last time and I didn?t get to this time because goingback costs more gas money! So we will have a family meeting and remind our kids to check the bags. However, please have a staffmeeting and remind your staff of how to count to 4! Read more
I was in the area and in the mood for some McDonald?s. I stopped to go through the drive through. The line was super long, but... the staff here managed it beautifully. The line moved fairly quickly. The staff kept the line moving, the food order was veryaccurate, and good quality. If I?m ever in the area again, I?ll definitely be eating here again. Read more
By far one of the SADEST McDonald?s I have eaten in, manager is like a chicken with her head cut off running all over the place,... while I was waiting for my food seen one client leave and another come from outside to get sandwiches done right. Bread was oldbreaking in pieces, NO SWEET tea in dining area (EMPTY) soda was FLAT had to get some good soda from drive through cashier. Andto be honest cook and cashiers look like they are kids that only know how to PLAY Games on their phones not serios employees ,one young lady STOOD out SHE knew her game and was helping BOTH register guys. I pulled up in line waiting like 20 min b4 I can even order, what I see the freeze opened. What about Temperature of food. I see... dripping water from top. Poor storing of food. Stopped by this place on my way home and was pleasantly surprised. Employees were friendly and attentive and I liked that all... the self serve kiosks were operational and ordering was super easy. Food was fresh and delicious. Read more
