With so many choices on the north side of Lakeland for dinner, my daughter and I decided on Moe?s. The food is always good,... service is fine. What an unexpected surprise we had when we encountered some of the most dedicated, helpful, friendly servers wehad the pleasure of being served from. Rylan gave eye contact, a smile on his face, explaining each menu choice. Donald clearlywas the lead, talking me into an item that truly enhanced the flavor of my burrito. David tied the line up nicely, with a hugesmile, joking with us, taking care of us as we chose to dine in. Larry was quick to turn the tables, keeping the dining roomclean and atmosphere inviting. ????????????Every person working looked absolutely miserable. The restaurant was filthy. Every table was covered in food. The... drink station looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. I went to put my 9m old in a high chair and quickly said heckno to that because I am pretty sure they have NEVER been cleaned. ???????????? The beige straps are now BLACK and the vanillaplastic outing is so dirty it almost looked black as well. The food was decent and tasty so I give 2 stars for that. I wish Iwould have gotten more than 10 chips with my burrito... but I get it Moe's.. inflation has hit us all. ???? Read more

As my family was traveling from Clearwater back home to Orlando we stopped at Moes for a quick dinner. They refused me and my... family service!!!!!! It was 4 minutes before 8 on a Sunday, they said they were closed- hours stated on the building open until9pm. Their millennial supervisor refused to provide her name to complain and she had no name tag- so shes pictured below alongwith thier hours. I attempted to contact their customer serivce at their corporate office and they were closed. I will becalling again. Not to mention she has no mask on! I now have 2 very hungry and disappointed kids. This was so incrediblyrude I will never be back and hope this company takes it seriously- their employees are not only unprofessional but are notcapable to represent any establishment that serves to a customer based environment.
