Fast and fresh I love this place it?s always on point
Really bad experience, with the personal, because I order in person my breakfast and I wait few minutes and they give me a... different order, went I reclaimed my order, they tell me some body taker I don?t have any more, and I said I pay for that andyou give me different things, i tell them really bad service, because he give me what I order in my front and you tell me nothave any more and they bring the manager and she told me Iam sorry I give you and other item. Do not buy pastries from this location. I went on Sunday and there were over 5 flies all over the pastries. I told the manager... and she said she would throw them out but with an attitude and walked away. I was in there for about 30 minutes and she neverthrew them away. I doubt they threw them away after I left. This location is a lot dirtier than other locations I?ve visited .The restroom also needed care. This Panera gets my in person order wrong in some way at least half the time. Ordering through DoorDash is even worse. Last time... they did not include two of our sides even though they were printed on the sealed bag. They also delivered our hot drinks only75% full. Today, my wife and I receive our order and AGAIN.. our $5 drinks are now only HALF full. This isn?t a ?leave a littleroom for cream? situation. This is intentional. Read more
Food is okay when you actually get what you ordered. Two separate orders in a row, one of our salads was missing the chicken.... One of those times, we were also missing both of our baguettes. We called and complained and the manager offered to send us afree pick 2 coupon. We agreed and they sent us a pick 2 coupon with ?pick 2? crossed out and salad written in its place.Really?? Read more
