Never order online. Tried 3 times and when you arrive to get your pizza they don't have the oder. Even giving them my phone... number and order number was no help. Still the best Pizza. Just call the restaurant and skip the online ordering. Read more

Poor attitude of all the workers there. Customer service was never taught to them. Some guy had his head directly over my pizza... for a full min. Just looking at it. With no mask on. I refuse to take it and had a new one made. Then he shakes his head atme while I waited. They need an entire shift changed. Read more
It seems impossible to actually call this store. The only extension that works is directed to a new order line answered by... someone in an Indian call center that is extremely hard to understand. All the other extensions dont work. I simply wanted areplacement pizza for one that was not edible, but instead I have to wait for customer service to call me back in 2 days(maybe). I was told they don't deliver free pizzas from the "new order" extension. I dont see how that's my problem. We've usedthis store many times and generally have a good experience with quality and delivery. But tonight was just a sad reminder of thedownward spiral of customer service in the retail industry. The delivery was awesome and the delivery woman was courteous and polite. My largest issue was the pizza itself, I'm not sure if... I have forgotten how the sauce tastes with Papa John's but the pizza sauce was 100% lacking. Granted, I did have a lot oftoppings which were all well added, but the pizza sauce is crucial in the coming together of any pizza. Please look into yoursauce and determine if there is any issues, I was very disappointed with pizza for the first time in a long time. Got the pizza on time, but there was a lot of black stuff on top of the pizza.. like something burnt. also found a burnt... mosquito, yes a mosquito burnt with the other burn stuff on top of the pizza.. We stopped eating the pizza, this is disgusting.I don?t know how that ended on top of my pizza, but this just means there is a cleaning, quality and pest issues in thislocation. Read more
Best Papa Johns we've experienced. We've done both delivery and carry-out and both were fantastic. When I went to pick up the... pizza I was greeted by all of the employees. I was treated very nicely and our pizza was hot and fresh. When we did delivery thedriver was extremely kind and made sure we got everything we ordered. Read more
We order from here often. Tonight we ordered 2 Papadilas for a change to pizza. They were burnt all around the edges and had... hardly any toppings in them. Cannot believe that I paid 8.99 each for some burnt dough and paid 4.99 to be delivered, not tomention a 4.00 tip. Ridiculous! Papa Johns need to up their game if they want to stay competitive. I didn't want to orderfrom here tonight but my husband thought we would give it one more chance. We are done!! Overpriced and not worth the money. Read more
