Richard Donley was our delivery driver tonight and he was extremely nice! Even with wearing a mask you can tell he was smiling.... Ordered a Tuscan Six Cheese pizza ?..not sure what I received. Ended up in the trash. Burnt, no sauce and just bad tasting.
No menu available, told me to use my phone. I DONT ALWAYS CARRY MY PHONE! Starts repeating what is available in a fast manner... difficult to make decisions. I don't know why but the pizza just seemed really dry. Like the crust was over cooked . I also got some wings and they weren't... really that great either. The best thing I got from my order was actually a free cookie pie . Read more
The food tasted good. The delivery was on time and everyone at the party ate it. It was the next day that several people had... issues. It was just a tad bit too greasy. Other than that I'll be ordering again. Not too happy that your papaJohn's pointsexpire before you get to use them though. Thank you for the experience. Read more
I regularly order pizza from this papa johns, and I have to say I have never had a bad experience Of any kind, great pizza order... is always accurate and delivery time is always shorter than the time that is shown. I highly recommend this papa johns if youare wanting a great pizza. Read more
I ordered using the app which worked well except that is didn't show the wait time for delivery until after I finalized the... order. When I saw it was 100 minutes, I called to change the order to pick up. I was in a que on hold for 22 minutes and waseventually told it wouldn't be any quicker to pick it up. This was without even knowing my name or when I ordered. The bottomline was that I picked up my pizza 25 minutes later. The pizza was good, I just didn't feel I got great service. Read more
I've been to this location on 98 North 5 times in the past 2 months. Overall the pizza is good, the staff is fairly friendly and... the inside is pretty clean. There's two issues that are constantly happening with every pizza that was ordered by either me ormy colleague, 10 pizza's total is that all of them were light on cheese as well as toppings by Papa Johns standards. Some worsethan others, but it was every single pizza. This location must be doing excellent as far as food cost goes. Another issue isthat all 10 pizzas had pepperoncini peppers that were very dried out as well as extremely hot. When you go to a location 5 timesand every single time both of these issues are recurring, that is a problem that needs to be addressed and fixed by the manager,or area supervisor. Read more
