The whole experience was horrible. Went to place order on their app and their breadstix weren't listed. Called and spoke with... manager, Joey, and he said he had no control over it and that he couldn't honor the pricing they had on the app, which made ourpizza $6 more. He did, after a 2nd phone call get it close to the price on the app and he placed our order with the breadstixover the phone, which was the ONLY positive thing about the experience. Got our pizza and cheesestix and it was so over cookedall you heard while we were eating was crunching like we were eating chips. The cheese was crunchy, not melted or stringy as youwould expect, on both items. The pepperoni was crunchy as well to were it was chipping off. Also there was absolutely no sauceon the pizza either. I'm done with this place. We have issues everytime we order here. Not to mention, the manager that I dealtwith was extremely reluctant to help and take ownership of the issue with ordering on the app at first. It's sad that it took 2phone calls to even be offered some sort of resolution. Read more
Terrible, I mean horrendous customer service! I could not believe how they spoke to me. I legitimately had to ask if this was... the right number and this rude human being said ?are you going to order a pizza or not?. I?m literally 16 why the heck is agrown man speaking to me like this or any other one of his costumers. Read more
Last order was ok but pizza was slightly undercooked. Didn't quite have the pan crunch I know it for and cheese Stix were a bit... over cooked. The manager Brian got s hold of me and made it right by me...I ordered about 2 weeks later, and we dang nearperfect. Glad they took the time to make a long time pizza hut fan and old employee/manager feel like we mean something. I willgladly order again. Read more
Here it is 4th of July and im ordering pizza. Chose delivery as I have a broken foot and can't drive. Must be honest as I really... didn't expect much. Well I have to admit I am amazed !!! Not only by the sweet woman who answered the phone but the fact myorder was right, it arrived HOT and well within the time I was quoted and the pizza was the best I've had in a very long time!Kudos !! The pizza was better than I thought it would be; it was like ordering from a Mom and Pop pizza place. Also, the chicken wings... were great which blew my mind because most chain pizza restaurant wings are awful. Read more
Edited 2 years later all the way to a one because of yet another horrible experience. Food was 39 minutes late and our dinner... box didn't even have all the items. I don't understand how they continue to be so trash. How can a manager not care enough toimprove. Placed an order online and was told it would be ready at 6. Arrived at 6:10 and order wasnt quite ready. Waited indrive thru for 5 minutes only to be told to pull to the front and it would be another 5 minutes. Ended up getting all food at6:38. Pizza was cold by the time everything else was ready. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Really disappointed. The hand tossed pizza was paper thin crust and instead of eight bone out wings, I got this pathetic bowl... of scraps from the bottom of a frozen chicken tenders bag with four actual meaty bites. Read more
Rude as all can be manager Jen. Refused to give a credit for a pizza that the delivery was dropped on the floor, called for the... credit and other food, was hung up on multiple times after explaining it. Came to pick up order and they threatened to call thecops on us just for trying to get our food. Do not recommend this Pizza Hut. They refused to refund us or give us our food. Read more
