I never order fast food and when I do it's Popeyes. I had a very tough day at work so decided to go through drive through. The... employees were very busy and not paying attention. I ordered the $10 box special. What little rice and beans that were in the container was cold. The thigh was the smallest thigh... I had ever seen, like the size of a Cornish hen thigh. We went through drive through today. We ORDORED the 16 piece family bundle and total was $52.95. We only received 11 pieces of... chicken which is a cheaper meal. The cashier had to get the manager to give back change out of $60.00 cash, and gave me $10.52.I gave the change back and just asked for $7.00 to keep it easy. There is some serious issues with counting chicken and cash atthis restaurant. Not sure if this is a franchise or connected to corporate but I will find out and forward this issue. Sodisappointing. They shouldn?t be operating, they are really bad! On our way home from Orlando to Tampa, decided to grab something to eat and... went to the location in Lakeland which is close to I4. Bad decision, Terrible place; we ended up waiting over 45 minutes toorder and there was no way to get out of the drive through to leave. There was car in front of us and another one behind, worseservice ever. They didn?t have the courtesy to check on us or to tell us about the long waiting time. Read more
This place is a joke. I ordered online to pickup. They didn?t have my order, which can happen. That?s not a big deal. I show... them the receipt, and while reading the order they still manage to get the order wrong. They literally made the order up. Theygot 2 out of 5 items correct. Read more
Went to this Popeyes. To stat off I was in the drive thru with only one car infront of me sitting and waited 20 minutes before... given my order. Angry and frustrated I paid and left. I ordered what was suppose to be 2 orders of the three piece chicken mealsbut when I got home it was 2 orders with two pieces of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever paid money for and nobiscuits. Very displeased and I will never return! If asked I will recommend no one choose this Popeyes! Read more

I love Popeyes chicken. This store is the only one in my area. Unfortunately, I was there 2 days ago, and the service is... terrible, awful. I was in drive tru half an hour waiting. Employees are having conversations with each other, wasting time, andnot working. When I finally got my order, it was completely wrong. I was already home when I noticed. The receipt was not clearand didn't show where to complaint. Management needs to do a better job. Store floors were dirty, full of trash and slippery. Sad. Read more
