I love the food at steak 'n shake. Unfortunately this location is terrible. It's slow, oftentimes your order is wrong, and... forget even trying something like curbside pickup. I had not eaten at a Steak 'n Shake in a long time. They do make a decent burger. It is different in that it is very thin,... however, the flavor is so good. I had a double with cheese and a chocolate milkshake. The building is ancient, but the food isgood. Read more
Who ever owns this place should be embarrassed, almost everytime you go there they are not open, I?ve said for months I?ll never... go again, I gave it one more time yesterday at 1pm in the afternoon and a lady goes on the intercom ?we?re closed!? I said okwhen do you open . So she doesn?t respond to me . I then call the number she answers ?hello? not ?hi steak and shake idiots howmay I help you? she then says ?who dis? I believe she meant who is this ? But anyways she tells me the whole crew quit theirshift at the same time . I?m honestly not surprised because the place is the biggest joke ever . Disappointed. They no longer offer turtle shakes? Ok, I'll try the Nutella shake, the chocolate drizzled on top with the cherry... make it look irresistible. Almost didn't want my shake when window person said they were out of spoons. A different personhanded us our order and we asked her about spoons. She promptly handed us spoons and all was well. ??????????? Whatever that wasabout. Until we were driving away and I noticed: Ahhhhh my shake has no chocolate drizzled on top & no cherry? Ugh. I been to tons of steak and shake in my past and the inside of the steak and shake looks like their original style back in the... day lol. The service was pretty slow but I'm not gonna complain about that too much the only thing I got was a shake. Thecookie dough shake was pretty good no complaints on my end. Read more
I've been going to this Steak N Shake for over 45 years and have never been disappoint! You can't say that about most places.... Love the jalapeno vinegar you can sprinkle on your fries and the best milkshakes in town!!! Read more
