Buyer Beware: They have no idea of what is on their online menus....Their supervisor told me they don't follow their menus which... leads me to think what else they don't follow. So if you are thinking that you can order, let's say, an All American Club Salad,you may need to tell your preparer what's in it because they don't know, and will make up a new name on your receipt which isnot what you asked for. Better off going to Wendy's - at least they follow their own menus. Read more
I told the lady the wrong bread and then she started putting a meat that I didn't tell her to put on there. So I said I'm sorry... that's the wrong sandwich and I repeatedly said sorry. She was soo mad. And even flopped my sandwich on the counter when shefinished wrapping it. Think about it though, a customer told you it was the wrong sandwich, why are you as the employee gettingupset? I don't even think they make over $10 and hour to even be that mad. Read more
Got a wrap today but while i was next in line waiting to be served the lady brought a receipt from the register and started to... make another sandwich for someone else while im standing there. Then the other guy started to put the condiments on it while imstanding there waiting to have my wrap finished. People who actually go to the store shouldn't have to wait behind someone whodoesn't. And if you put a sign on the door stating masks are required to enter the store then make sure everyone has one on. Read more
I have gone to this subway for years and while the food is fine the service for customers in line has gotten horrible recently!... I have literally been either the first or second person in line with only one small six inch to order and have had to wait atleast fifteen minutes while they prepared multiple call in orders ahead of mine! I don?t know if this is corporate policy or notbut it seems to me that the customers in the store should be attended to first! This is terrible customer service! Read more
Stopped for lunch, and the service was top notch. They made the sandwiches perfect. Not a bad deal when you buy one and get one... FREE. The soda machine area needed some serious clean up as it was a total mess. Other than that, this place is good for a quickvisit. Read more
