Today August 7th, 2021. My wife placed a order for delivery this morning. She ordered a steak, egg and cheese on a foot long... Italian and a bacon, egg and cheese on flat bread but received no bacon on sandwich. Tried calling store but phone number is afax number which is posted on website so when you try to call to see what happen to the bacon you cannot reach anybody. Store4950 US hwy 92, Lakeland, FL is the worst. On August 5th my wife placed a order for delivery for a bacon, egg and cheese onflat bread and a spicy Italian with provolone cheese and lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers, oil, vinegar and salt and pepperbut received a spicy Italian with just cucumbers which was totally wrong. This happened at 7399 US hwy 98 Lakeland, FL is thesecond worst. Never again will we spend anymore of our money at Subway. Tried to call the store to give them a chance toexplain what happened and all I got was attitude so we have decided to not order or dine at any subway restaurant because ofsuch poor customer service.
