Today August 7th, 2021. My wife placed a order for delivery this morning. She ordered a steak, egg and cheese on a foot long... Italian and a bacon, egg and cheese on flat bread but received no bacon on sandwich. Tried calling store but phone number is afax number which is posted on website so when you try to call to see what happen to the bacon you cannot reach anybody. Store4950 US hwy 92, Lakeland, FL is the worst. On August 5th my wife placed a order for delivery for a bacon, egg and cheese onflat bread and a spicy Italian with provolone cheese and lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers, oil, vinegar and salt and pepperbut received a spicy Italian with just cucumbers which was totally wrong. This happened at 7399 US hwy 98 Lakeland, FL is thesecond worst. Never again will we spend anymore of our money at Subway. Tried to call the store to give them a chance toexplain what happened and all I got was attitude so we have decided to not order or dine at any subway restaurant because ofsuch poor customer service. Food was.good but the service was horrible. Employee ask if i wanted my steak heated before putting everything else. Wouldn't be my 1st choice of a place to stop in. I'm not particularly fond of the gas station or the Store itself. It's pretty... much a typical Subway, but individual owned Subways can be vary. They are all supposed to adhere to certain rules though. Read more
We had a very nice meal. The restaurant was clean. Service was good for the short time we were there. Food was fresh. Prices are... always fair on the specials. Parking is clear of debris and close.
