My experience was awful. They wouldn't take my order at the counter. They insisted I use the kiosk. Not everyone wants to use... the kiosk. What happened to accommodating customers. They were very rude. I will not go there again. And the prices areridiculous. Read more

Very rude staff. I went in to order my food and was told to order on the kiosk. I said I would rather order with a person so as... to not take jobs away from the people themselves. I was told they only take orders via kiosk. 6 or 7 people in the store and noone can take an order? I left and went to another Taco Bell franchise owner that would rather employ people and not give theirjobs to a computer. Fast food restaurants need to stop outsourcing jobs to computers. Went there because it was close to home. This location puts about half the topping of any other location, doesn't even cover the... chips on the nacho plate. Today out of Mt. Dew and Baja Blast, so no good options for soda, girl told me to get diet, nasty. Read more
Maybe it was just some bad days but, the times I've been here customer service hasn't been good. I get rushed at the... drive-through, as soon as I ordered one item I was given the total. Another time it was almost 2pm and I went to pay with alarge bill and instantly I get a "oh no I have no change sorry have a nice day" but when I insisted to speak to a manager I wasgiven change. It feels like none of the employees are happy to be there much less assist at all. Its not right but I drivelonger just to avoid this specific store. People like fast service but not when they rush you off like they're super packed... Idon't recommend but its up to you to try, who knows maybe I just go on bad days Idk. Read more

Ok well the line was incredibly long I waited for almost 1 hour. Inside only 2 people working and they were both extremely... friendly and working together fantastic. They never stopped had a frown or bad word. Hope they are appreciated and my order wascorrect and hot. Thank you both. Read more
