Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. We didn?t see our waiter for the first 25 minutes we were there. We didn?t... get our food until we had almost been there an entire hour. They?re so concerned with to-go orders that they barely payattention to the people in their restaurant, and there weren?t that many of us in there. There blended margaritas tasted likewater with a splash of margarita mix, zero alcohol. The food was so-so. Just overall a very bad experience and will not bereturning which is disappointing because it?s so much closer to us than all of the Valdosta Mexican restaurants. Read more
This place USED to care about their patrons... NOT ANYMORE. Tried to place a 'to go' order the other day, and after letting the... phone ring for about 7 times, the owner finally picks up the phone. I tell him I want to place an order, and he says, "Just asec", and proceeds to put the phone down on the counter. I literally sat on hold for over 5 minutes, and got tired of waiting. Itried calling back 4 or 5 other times over the next 10 minutes, each time to a busy tone. FINALLY, after 15 minutes of trying toget through, I get the owner again, who proceeds to excuse his rudeness by telling me he got busy and forgot... no apology...nothing. I've been there several times and they were pretty good but I went yesterday and everything was awful I ordered enchilada dinner... and the waitress didn't even ask me what kind I wanted chicken beef or cheese and she walked away and when my order arrived Ihad cheese enchiladas when I complained she said I should have specified what kind of enchilada is and in return I said youshould have asked me what kind. I also asked for mild salsa because the salsa they gave me was way too spicy for my liking andshe brought me back something that resembled a bowl of water with a dab of ketchup in it it was absolutely horrible. I am verydisappointed because I have always liked this place in the past and when I was checking out she stated sorry but the owner isoff duty today and everybody is riding my case. Boy, if his business goes down the drain just because he's not there like it didyesterday I feel sorry for the owner. I will drive the 30 mi to Valdosta next time to get better Mexican food. Even themargarita wasn't great and they usually are that was totally disappointed ?? Read more
Great food. I would have given 5 stars but the drink waitress was not as well trained as you would expect. All in all a nice... dining experience. My second experience here is the best yet! What a meal and the service is perfect! Read more
A different atmosphere was good, service was great. To me, the food was bland and not seasoned well. I had a beef burrito and... the meat was not flavored. Everything was good except I was expecting more flavor from a restaurant. Read more
