Out of 10 orders that I?ve placed only 2 have been right. I placed an order 45 minutes ago for 2 Italian subs. The only special... request was 2x?s sesame crust, I got NO sesame crust. I purposely have not complained before but when something so easy aflavored crust gets screwed up it?s ridiculous. What do I need to do besides repeating the order 2 or 3 times on the phone toget it right? Maybe to some this may seem petty but when you?ve had 10 or more orders wrong it gets really old. So please tellme Hungry Howies what I need to do to get the simplest order delivered to me correctly? I pay your delivery fee, I tip yourdrivers anywhere from 25-30% (I am in no way blaming the drivers, not their fault) to have order after order wrong. Read more

Pizza was delicious. But that cinnamon bread without the icing (or the second one ordered) is incredibly dry. Would've really... have liked to have those icings that were ordered. Read more
I live down the road from this hungry Howie's, and have been ordering from it for years. Apparently they decided to change the... store phone number to a call center, most likely in India. This makes no sense at all, why can't I just call the store to placean order, I have to literally be transferred to a call center? And the funniest thing about this is that I'm of Indian heritage,but I don't like the fact that it makes ordering longer, and that some of my money is going out of the country, because at theend of the day I'm an American. Who at corporate decided that we literally couldn't even talk to our own pizza place? Does itreally save money that I can't talk to the people at the literal location. Have nothing against the people at the call center,or this hungry Howie's in particular, but the decision to add a call center just flabbergasts me.
