I have come to this location for the last time. Every time and I seriously mean every time I come there must be an issue. It?s... either someone frustrated because ?I?m the only one here ma?am!?, the register is down, the system is down. They should takeanything related to a biscuit off the menu because they state ? we don?t have any biscuits right now? each time I?ve orderedone. I have honestly arrived and driven off with nothing over five times. The last time I was with my husband and explained tohim my history with this location. Have tried to eat here three times first time cars outside door locked no one answered, second time when for breakfast was told... they stopped serving at 10:00 when sign clearly says they serve breakfast till 11:00, third strike was told I would have to gothrough drive-thru made order through drive-thru handed person there $10 they told me they could only take correct change or acredit card. Pulled up and told 35 minutes...I believe they were surprised id wait.... definitely not a place for a wait. Customer service... is sub par. This was great when it opened...please avoid unless you have patience ???? Read more
This Krystals need to be burned to the ground no need for this restaurant to exist. Never open during business hours listed and... when they are opened they never have menu items. They always blame the truck has not arrived this place is an embarrassment. Read more
The place was dirty on the inside, the ladies bathroom, the floors, tables and behind the counters. I probably shouldnt have... ordered but i did. This Krystal's food has always been good and this was the first time I had been inside in a very long time.It needs a major cleaning. The manager was friendly but that doesn't make up for cleanliness. Read more
This location was pretty good. When I pulled up, I was first in line so no issues waiting. For my fresh cooked burgers, the... little five mins wasn't bad. I ate in the parking lot but notice many onions on my order. My daughter took them back in and withno attitude the manager apologized and remade our 12 Krystals (we had eaten four of the twelve). It was a little longer wait butby then lunch traffic was arriving. She informed my daughter to give her a minute and they would take care of us!! That's whatshe did. It's hard to find good customer service and they did amazing today! I live near 38125 but if I'm in the area again, Iwill be stopping by. If U can?t be in the neighborhood where they sell the White Castle burgers & you find yourself South of the Mason-Dixon during... Thanksgiving?don?t fret, there is ALWAYS Krystal burgers & of course my hot & spicy version of White Castle Thanksgivingdressing. This location was low maintenance & I was in & out in less than 10 minutes. I could understand every word that cameout of the employee?s mouth & did not have to repeat my order AND they got it right. Here?s the Southern recipe to White Castledressing, I call it Spicy Krystal?s Thanksgiving dressing. I hope you enjoy. 10 Krystal burgers (remove the pickles) Dice up 11/2 cups of celery Add 1 1/4 tsp of ground thyme Add 1 1/2 tsp of ground sage Add 1 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper Add 6diced Serrano peppers 3/4 cup of low-sodium chicken broth Mix well with your hands & place in a baking dish Place in oven at 325degrees for 35 minutes And if U made it this far?ENJOY & wish that you made more.
