I placed an order for a five meat pizza at 5:47 PM. Was instructed to be there between 607 and 6:12 PM.Arrived at 6:11 PM to... pick it up. It was coming out of the oven. A walk-in customer who had been there a few minutes prior to my arrival ordered afive meat as well. The manager gave her my pizza and made me wait another 15 minutes while another five meat pizza wascompleted. When I asked her about it, she admitted that?s what she did. But no apology. Actually told me that the customer wasbefore me. And when her fellow employees were asking her about my order, she told them the same falsehood, that the walk incustomer was before me. Disappointing. The entire experience with this location was disgusting. I ordered a pizza half pepperoni half cheese light sauce. Got sauce... spilling over the sides. The pizza was severely undercooked. The cheese wasn't even melted. The manager told me though I orderedthrough their website that door Dash deleted it. Door dash did not cook it! The entire thing was inedible and they won't refundme because "they didn't deliver it." I went through there website. I have photos and if it let's me post them I share as hellwill. Always a joy being able to place an online order and use your kiosk for pickup. This idea was brilliant and not having to... interact with anyone is fantastic. However, whenever I have spoken to the staff at this location, they have been nice,professional, and exceedingly helpful. I have only one arm to use and they will even carry my pizzas to my car if they notice. Ican't even begin to say how appreciative I am anytime I interact with the staff. Very unhappy with my pizza. Asked for extra sauce and well done. I got what looks like a poorly made lunchables pizza. Under... cooked taste like raw dough especially in the center. Won't be coming back. Read more
I went to pick up my order, 2 pizzas and 3 packs of cheese bread. I get out my car and walk up and the lady who is working... turned off the lights so fast while she was still behind the counter stealing my food I paid for. and can you believe this ladywho worked there STOLE MY PIZZAS! First, they got my order correct, which is a huge plus, and the pizza was hot and fresh, as advertised.. Second, the cashier... was polite and professional, and the supervisor was running the show, while making pizzas, like a true leader! Had a greatexperience at this LC, so I'll surely be back. I wish I knew their names to give them a proper shout out. Cashier was a whitemale, dark hair and light facial hair. The supervisor was Black female. Great job, you guys! Read more
Let me get this Straight. I ordered a sausage pizza with "Extra" sausage and my pizza had "less" sausage than a Hot N Ready but... I was told by the guy that took my order that they were told to "cut back" on toppings. But my price was the same (Maybehigher). Little Caesar's how does that make "Good" Business sense?
