I have been looking for a Chinese restaurant who didn’t have meat that was rubbery and slimy. We all have eaten at places like... that. When we find a place that has good tender meat, we stick with that place until death. I had a place like that where Imoved from and I miss them dearly. So far all the Chinese restaurants I’ve tried locally have been nasty. Today, I finallyfound the one. This place had amazing looking pictures of their food. Most of the time the pictures aren’t what you get. Notwith this place. The pictures are exactly what you get. Hands down this is the best Chinese food I have found so far. I’vetried just about every place in Cordova and Bartlett over the last year. They all weren’t as good as this place. The steak inthe the meals is not rubbery and chewy. It’s real steak and it’s very tender. The chicken is amazing. It’s not rubbery.The fried rice was amazing. The egg rolls are actually hand made and not the garbage most restaurants order frozen from a foodsupplier. This is my place. I will only order from you. You have my business and devotion. Idk what happened to Wang Garden but this “remodeled” place not the same. You can’t offer seafood & Chinese food, that’s... a bad combo. I’ve been eating at Wang Garden for about 3 years and now I’m guessing it’s new management or something butthe fried rice not the same. They took away the shrimp rolls and added chicken which weren’t very pleasing either. I don’tthink I will be eating here again. Read more

Chinese-American dishes that we love to eat after a bit of a day drinking, but it doesn't have that same syrupy-thick... taste/texture that we come to expect. The recipes actually taste homemade and not out of a bag. Probably the cleanest Chineserestaurant with the nicest service ive ever been to in Memphis. Would absolutely come again next time the girlfriend wants to goshopping at Wolfchase. Read more
