Worst customer service of any Starbucks I?ve ever stepped foot in. Employees eating while making drinks. No hello, no goodbye,... no have a nice day. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew lacked vanilla sweet cream. Just all around bad location. Very unusual. Read more
They need to contact their manager to update it on the app when they are unable to complete mobile orders and the inside cafe is... closed. I understand when you are short staffed, but when I am on my way to work (at a hospital) and have to sit in a drive-thruline for 20 minutes for an order I had sent 10 minutes before that, I end up late for work. With that inconvenience, I wouldhave appreciated at least handing my drink through the door. Then all the workers act like they can?t get anyone to update it onthe app. I usually love this Starbucks but I?m not sure I will be back anytime soon because of this. Read more
Worst drive through. Slow!! Wouldn?t come back!! How I rate products, marketing has poisoned peoples thinking into believing... anything under 5 stars is not good! 5 Star Its the best possible product period! 4 Star Its an amazing combination ofvalue/quality/functionality. 3 Star It just does what it's supposed to without any major flaw. 2 Star It doesn't meetexpectations in price/quality/functionality. Really impressed with the layout of this place! The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable! The restrooms are spick and span... and the service is fast. Indoor seating is not allowed due to Covid. However, they have outdoor seating. I got the Vanillacream cold brew and it was delicious. I got my sweetness levels customized as I don?t like sweeter side drinks. They have ahuge parking but when there are lot of cars for drive-thru then taking your car out from might get tricky. We experienced thisdifficulty. So, be smart about the parking. Will definitely recommend this place! Read more
