Amazing Italian beefs!!! They also serve burgers and pastas thatcare great. They have a drive thru service. The dining area has... plenty of seating. The pick up order area is on the other side of the restaurant. The outdoor dining is fenced off so the onlyway to get access is coming in the front door. Once you enter you will see the door to the outdoor patio area. Parking islimited. A few handicap spot. Read more
The best of everything. We used to drive out to Hoffman Estates for the food but now they opened a new store in lakemore.... Everything on the menu is the best. From the sausage to the Italian beef to the pasta is to die for. The meatballs are out ofthis world. I highly recommend Buona Beef. Read more
I've been there twice so far. The first time, everything was great. Food, service, and price. This last time was a bit... disappointing in comparison. I asked for cheese fries, got fries, and a cup of cheese. I ordered the cheddar cheesy beef. Iswear it said a cheese spread was used on the menu. What I got was a sandwich that most of the beef was on one-half of thesandwich. The same cheese sauce for the fries (not a spread) poured onto the sandwich. It was so much sauce that I didn't evenneed the cheese cup for my cheese fries. Overall, between the two visits, I give them 3 stars. Between the discrepancy ofthe food items between visits and their cost, I can't recommend them for regular visits. Read more
Clean establishment--it's a brand new location--and delicious food. I love the variety of options, it's not just beef. I was not... expecting pizza as an option and was SO happy to see it on the menu. The beef and peppers pizza was perfect. I'll be visitingagain for sure to try the other menu options. Read more
I have been here various times and the wait is a bit longer than most other Buonas, but as I'm used to it I know what to expect.... This time however, not only was the wait time longer (about 15-20minutes),but the order given to me was wrong...TWICE! I wentthere this evening (Wednesday) and placed my order (1 meal).I saw about 5 cars that were behind me, get their orders first. Theyfinally bring me my order and I left (probably should have checked 1st, so I will take partial fault for that one). When I gothome I realized the salad given to me was not the right one. I drove back and told them and also gave them the receipt on thebag, the one that was also given to me,my order number,AND the actual salad. They told to go around and they'd bring me thecorrect salad. After a few minutes, they came out, gave me a coupon for a beef,and my "order". When I opened the bag it was thesame salad I just gave back to them!!! To say I was annoyed is an understatement. So, I had to wait again,until they finallybrought me the correct one. I'm not sure what is going on in the last month or so, but the service has declined drastically. Read more
It was my first time coming today and the staff was so kind and welcoming the guy on the mic was awesome and so helpful I got an... original wet beef w mozzarella an it was outstanding absolutely delicious so much flavor so much meat and cheese I willdefinitely be coming back and recommending this location an not to mention the adorable ice cream an snow cone shop they haveoutside! Food tasted good but my beef sandwich was just plain sad. All the meat was little shards of beef and super light ! Told the... manager he was nice and tried to give me a new sandwich but I only give 1 chance then its I eat it or a refund. I just ate itand he gave me a coupon for a free one at another time. I will not send food back then eat it after!no way I want a yelperspecial!!! Just step it up ! Its the same problems over and over. Read more
