I have ordered from this location 3 times and each time my order has either been completely wrong or missing items. The location... is convenient for me but I will not be going back. It?s worth driving a little farther for a correct order. Read more
Small sizes and all I could taste was burnt chicken in my burrito. Like others have said, food is really bland compared to other... locations. Hopefully it will improve over time. Definitely going to another location though. Read more
I won't visit this location (Lakemoor/Volo) again. I felt like I was in the high school cafeteria with the employees... talking/yelling to each other. 05/04/22 @ 8:20 p.m. If you like quiet, I don't recommend dining in due to the loudness ofemployees. An employee was ordering food while I was paying & he was yelling to the employees in the kitchen. There were only 2different customers dining in but all of the closest parking spaces were taken, which leaves me to believe the employees tookthe parking spaces. Food was on point. I should've read the reviews before coming here. I went in to pick up an online order, I arrived about 5 minutes later than my... time and I sat waiting for another 20 minutes. I got asked my name 6 times before I finally went up and asked if they weremaking it. An employee said it would be right up. 15 minutes passed and I asked again, since people who ordered a pick up for ahalf hour later than me were receiving their food before me, and was told that they just handed my order out the drive window. Iasked to speak to the manager and she said she was really sorry and would make my bowls right now. She then made 4 walk inorders before my order. When I asked to speak to her again before I left she rolled her eyes and sighed that I was stillwaiting. She finally gave me the help line and I left after waiting for 50 minutes total. Got home to a steak bowl with all ofthe steak inside being a big piece of uncut gristle. It will be a very long time before I go back to this location. Was just here. Asked for extra rice and it still wasn?t enough. Compared to other chipotles I?ve been to, the portion sizes are... tiny here. The girl doing toppings was really quick and friendly. The girl on cashier seemed very out of it and wasn?t payingmuch attention. Her customer service skills could take some work. Ok have to redo my review. I went again, but this time went in instead of using the app. Also, went during lunch time instead of... evening. Place was spotless, staff was friendly, food was fresh, portions felt correct. Everything was great! I don?t know ifthey did more training or if the app is the reason my order is always messed up, but I will def go back and go inside. Gave it3 tries. First time, food was cooked well but I felt like portions were pretty small (I pay for double steak and guacamole).Second time, again felt portions small for double steak. Guac was completely brown. Tonight was my third time picking it upafter a 12 hour shift. Everything was messed up. They totally mixed and matched our toppings. Made no logical sense how it wasscrewed so bad. Basically my steak bowl had my husbands rice and beans. And half of my additional toppings. His chicken bowl hadmy rice and beans and mine and his salsa choices. Both had lettuce when we only ordered it for one. Guac still brown. Meat stillshort. Only reason I?m not giving one-star is because the meat was cooked well all three times. No fatty pieces.
