I ordered burgers with no mayo, ketchup, sauce - dry. Nope. Dripping condiments! No onions though. We ended up with a... cheeseburger we didn't order, but the bottom bun was hard as a rock, so not a bonus. The guy next to us had to come back twicebecause they got his order wrong. Read more

Food was fresh and well prepared. Window attendant was rude and had difficulty communicating and understanding order. It had to... be reclarifed 6 times, Stated she having trouble with understanding customers as they were talking nonsense and did not knowhow to order. Read more
We have come to this restaurant once a month for a while now. Every single time they completely mess up our order then treat us... very rudely when we want it fixed or have large orders even though Jack in the Box encourages large orders in their ads. Iwouldn't recommend and am thinking about not being a regular customer anymore. **Update** we continue to go here and I think itis ran by new employees who are very nice and helpful they do not mess up our order hardly ever! I believe it is being ranbetter now so I'm updating my review from 1 star to 3 the new employees are very nice but the last employees were very rude soI'm glad things are looking up good job owners.
