It's McDonalds. The food is never above let a lone equal to what they portray. You can never have good service or atmosphere... here. Not because of the employees but because of the way management treats people. Go somewhere else. Nuggets are good though. Read more
There seems to be some issue with this McDonald's. I waited with one car in front of me in the drive through. I waited for 10... minutes and the car in front of me never moved. Therefore I went into the store and gave them my app code. They said sorryabout the wait, we just take one order at a time. Really? 10 minutes for no movement in the drive through? At that point theycharged me twice for the same order. Once I called it to their attention, they refunded my money. Read more
Worst McDonald's in California. I have been to this location many times, and every single time I tell myself don't go back !!!... Why do I do it ? I have no idea? This McDonald's is ran by a cheap franchise owner, they will charge extra for anything you canthink of. The order is absolutely never correct, for example I order a mcdouble and get a McChicken, I ask for mayo on a burgerthey say that will cost extra, and put ketchup instead of mayo, order a large fry and get a small. Big Mac has no special sauce.After waiting between 20-30 minutes for fast food is still considered fast food? I have had enough of this McDonald's!!! Iwould rather drive to Ukiah or clearlake 45 mins away then ever support this place again. The last and final thing I will sayis that the service is absolutely horrible, I have never encountered a single employee who is polite. Strawberry milkshake was so delicious after me starting my day early went and got a shot in my foot for the pain my doctor... mentioned I could have surgery done to take the bone spur out and lift my Arch back up that means 3 months in a cast and a yearto heal it has not been very good walking so I think I'm going to let him know I'll go for it better now than later it's gettingthat bad and after the doctors appointment I went to DMV to renew my driver's license before Friday which is no good on Saturdaythey want you to renew it before your birthday. *Please like, thank you! This McDonald's location was a quick stop for is after we visited the social security office down the... street. Customer service was fast, friendly and professional. Our food was served swiftly but it wasn't as good as expected,the buns were crunchy and the fries must have been in the warmer because they weren't as tasty as they usually are. Therestaurant is clean inside as well as the 2 "all gender" restrooms. There's plenty of parking. Read more
