I haven't been to Dairy Queen in a long time, but we decided to go tonight. Service was good. This DQ is usually busy & if there... was a line we wouldn't stop, but tonight they got us through in a timely manner. You walk up to order. The seating area isclosed for now. Everyone working had masks on. They also were wearing gloves, but they don't change them after handling themoney. They also have every 6 feet marked off. The workers were not practicing good health safety. Scratching themselves touching their hair bare backs with no gloves no hand... washing no hair nets touching food and ice cream. The wait can be 15+ minutes Read more
Went there today and waited over an hour and a half for them to make our food and we were the only ones there. Idk if it was... these kids first day or what but it should not take over an hour and a half to make 2 burgers and some fries and onion rings!! Read more
I've been coming to this place for a few months after work 3 to 4 times a week. Every time I get a banana split. The way they... make it is never consistent they need training. But that's not my issue today. Most of the people working there are somewhatnice to the customer. There is one particular girl that is rude all the time and acts like she is doing a paying customer afavor. Today I ordered a banana split and the rude girl was making it. She looked at the girl at the register and they bothlaughed. I know why after I got home. I went to enjoy my ice cream and noticed I didn't see or feel banana in the banana split.After digging around I see that she put a mushy brown banana in it and hid it with whip cream. If they don't have good productto make an order. They should tell the customer and give them the option to order something else. Not trick them for their hardearned money. I called and it went to the answering machine. They can hear the phone in that small place... I'm always kind whenI go there and say please and thank you. Even to the rude ones...I use to leave tips until I realized they need to do their jobscorrectly for what they get paid before I give them more money. Surprisingly good food. But the kids working here need some more training. If 4 people order 4 cheeseburgers and 4 orders of... fries, the kids working here need to be taught to at least ASK if we want some ketchup. Seriously, why so stingy on theketchup that you keep it a secret? You can get it if you ask, but if you just assumed that they would throw some in the bag,you might be 3 miles down the road before you find out. At least the food is good, and we've never gotten sick here, so atleast you know the kids are keeping the kitchen and freezer clean. Read more
