For a week night they were really busy. Long wait wait for dine in or out but food was fresh and hot.
I have not been to a jack in the box for 35 years. They closed on the east coast. I don?t review fast food places. I did not eat... anything but the churros but I had to write something. Churros have become a very popular food. They have them at Costco littleleague fields stadiums ice rinks the best I ever had was morro castle in Hialeah Florida until last night. OMG the churros atJack in the box are amazing a box of 10 and I wanted more. But on ww program they are 25 points. Some of you will know what Imean by that. You must try these things. Was very disappointed in customer service at this location and instead of making new Curley fries they gave me all burnt ends... that I couldn?t even eat. I went right back into drive through because store was closed after 10 pm. I was told I need a receiptat first right after getting right back in line and waiting a good 10-15 just to let them know that I wasn?t paying happy forfood that was burnt and left over from whatever batch they cooked however long ago. We spent a total of 34 dollars here gettingfood for everyone. Finally leave get home and order still wasn?t right. Ugh we gave up at this point. The two employees workingthere were not customer oriented and don?t think they realize the comments I heard them say about people at the speaker. But Iwill say this: if this is the Generation we have now I?m super worried about their skills on treating people with decent humanrespect. Read more
Just want to stop in and say after eating a jumbo jack with cheese from this location I've been vomiting it up for hours after... eating it. Not sure what was bad on the burger but it made me very sick. :( Read more
I went into the jack in the box and I waited for 10 minutes and not one person came to ask for my order. So I left jack in the... box and went across the street to Arby's reastreunt and as soon as I got inside and was greeted avery well. This jack in the boxis in lakeside california. Read more
This Jack in the box is always disappointing. Nothing ever tastes fresh and the line is always very slow moving.
