I went through the drive thru at 11:15 am. Bought 2 x 10 piece nuggets. Both boxes were only slightly warm and very stale. Lunch... starts atc10:30 so you'd expect them to be fresh. Probably warmed up from the previous day. I ate mine because I was so hungry.My girl threw her's out. McDonald's sucks more and more the last few years. I usually like this particular location but the stink eye and attitude I got for wanting to switch out a very watery unsweet tea... today was crazy. The first switch out was another tea as bad as the first with a distinct attitude from the server that I wasbeing difficult. The second time, I walked in, and I got even more dirty looks by the server that was at the drive thru and hadcame out to the walk in area and saw me there. I was given a cup to get another drink by a different server, but I heard hermuttering and being rude about me and the tea to that server as I went to get a substitute drink. I was not in any way yellingat her, or being mean to her. I had mentioned that it was probably just a bad brew as it was literally water with barely anytea. The filthy looks I got from this girl was as if I had said insulting things and acted offensive, which was not the case atall. She seems new, I hope that her attitude improves because if she can be rude to someone that is being polite, what is shegoing to like with a more difficult customer? Read more
When I got home, I noticed that the associate at the drive through window forgot 1 of 3 hamburgers. When I tried to call them to... advise them of the missing hamburger, I got an answering machine. I drove to the restaurant and was asked several questions asto why "I thought my hamburger was missing!!?" Seriously? What happened to customer service? I felt like they were trying to sayI was wanting a free burger! What a joke! CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU!! Read more
I just ordered for the first time the deluxe chicken sandwhich and wasn't impressed. I just opened the box and the dressing was... on the outside of the bun.....smeared everywhere. The tomatoes weren't even on it either but sliding out.....the lettuce was onthe outside of the bun again. The chicken....weird texture it was a bit chewy. I don't understand how the employees can servefood by throwing it everywhere to call it a sandwhich. Might as well be on the dollar menu if you're going to treat your food asextremely low class. It's not worth about $5. I keep trying to give this location a chance but it appears to be the same cookand same incompetence to do a basic task. I have had missing items or wrong orders before. I tried to give this location achance multiple times but I think I am done coming here for sure. It's not worth it, the value or even the composure. Read more
This place has closed before midnight which really upset me off one time. Besides that service is a hit-or-miss. Sometimes it's... fast and sometimes you have a little bit of a wait. A newly remodeled this location and it looks really nice but the service isstill the same. The double drive-thru is very convenient. There are also plenty of parking spaces available now that they'veremodeled the building and redid the parking lot. I would like this location more if they were open 24 hours. Actually Irecommend that they open 24 hours since they close at midnight and have to open early in the morning anyway. Read more
Sometimes exceptional service,but lately, very poor... I ordered a big mac (didn't ask for extra sauce ) I got secret sauce... with a side of burger....Couldn't even eat it. And my sons nuggets and fries were probably sitting for hours,at least tastedthat way:( Read more
This McDonald's is not putting out the best stuff. I go here because it's convenient, but I would prefer other locations in... San Diego. PS-Santee McDonald's is about the same in quality. Read more
