The food is certainly a better option for fast food. Much better than national fast food chains. Fresher ingredients and super... fast service. The parking lot is the worst, it just is. If you parked in the one of 4 stalls and someone is in the drive thru-you?re stuck. I?m surprised they are allowed to design parking in this fashion- effectively making this place a drive thru onlylocation. My kids loved the food. It?s a bit on the expensive side, with heavy use of fries. But it is generally much betterthan your traditional burger fast food in quality and nutrition. Just use the drive thru, or bring a few pounds of patience ifyou plan to park. We ended up backing out, but if it was busy, you?re likely stuck, stuck, stuck. Read more

Make them repeat your order. The don't listen. Then they mess up. You tell them it's wrong. They tell you it's what they charged... you for. Basically putting there unprofessional mistake on you and costing you money and a bad meal. 8 year long customer tiredof there no fault mistakes. Boycott! Read more

We love Sombreros! They prepare the food fresh right there on the spot, (I can watch from my car while in the drive-thru!) and... the flavors are so delicious! Since moving into town, we have frequented Sombreros for breakfast at least 1-2x/week! Greathorchata too!! The staff is friendly and generous with the sauces. Open late, Sombreros saved the day (night) when we rolledthru starving after 1 am!! Highly recommended! Read more
