Honestly the best dominos I have ever been to . For 1 being able to order and pick up at a window is so convenient. 2. My pizza... was made quickly and just the way I like it . 3. The men who work there are so friendly and pleasant. 4. My 3 shepards lovedthem so that indicates they get 5 stars ! But seriously this is a great dominos I will no longer be going to others near by. I got a dry pizza that was all dough I asked to talk to the manager Kristen for a refund. She was rude. She acted like a 10.50... refund was coming out of her pay. She PROMISED me it would be put back on my Visa card, but she couldn't give me a "refundreceipt" because of some trouble with the store printers ??? I don`t see the refund on my statement. I have had poor customerservice from Kristen in the past. I think Kristen bullies the staff and customers. Kristen is bad for business. The pizza fromthe Lakeville Dominos has gone downhill over the past few months. Read more

I ordered a cheese pizza and it had no sauce on it and was so dry. I asked for marinara to try and eat it with but the pizza was... still so dry and unenjoyable. I called dominos back to ask for my money back and they said that they could only give me storecredit. About a week later I called to get my credit and they said I had no credit. I said well why not? I asked to talk to themanager Kristen I think it was and she said she was the manager and I said well I should have a free credit for a pizza here andshe was rude and mean and told me I was nasty. Pizza was pretty good my complaint is basically when you order extra toppings and they charge you for extra toppings but don't... actually put the extra toppings on the pizza every else was fine except the hard green crunchy pieces not sure what they were Ijust spit them out I got the Philly cheese steak with extra steak and extra onions both of which were the same as my daughtersregular toppings but overall everything else was ok Read more

The management here knows how to develop and lead a team. Every staff person here is professional, efficient and polite. They... help each other, demonstrating terrific teamwork and they show a great work ethic, too. AND, the food is great! Read more
