We love this Caribou, staff here always has amazing service and Caribou coffee is the best!
Constantly have issues with my orders at this location. Ask for bagels toasted and they don?t get toasted, ask for a shot of... vanilla in my coffee and it seems like they put 5 in and coffee is undrinkable, give me wrong order and I have to catch beforedriving off, the list goes on. Read more
I ordered the Nitro Turtle mocha and it was soo good, although its a bit too sweet I always add an extra shot of coffee to bring... a good balance. The next day I tried the Hot Turtle mocha with an extra shot of coffee and it did the trick. I bought theircoffee beans and a mug as well, the staff are friendly and great service. Read more
Very slow service. Left line in drive through after 10 minutes not moving. Assuming they can't get enough help.
Long wait drive thru and coffee was too strong with chunks in it. I'll go to Kendrick south one instead.
Go to Starbucks. Can't figure this place out. Go to meet clients here and they're closed. In fact, they are regularly closed... without any warning. Apparently a staffing issue. They also close early. Why? We showed up at 1;10pm and the 2-3 minutes wewere, I bet they lost over $200 in revenue 5 cars including a packed suburban that got turned away. Seems like you need to paybetter or install better management. Something is not right at this store. Read more
Just a couple quick updates I wasn't aware of until visiting again this week after a long hiatus: -Sign on doors said dine-in... is closed until further notice (which was a bummer because I brought my daughters to hang out with me here...) -No longer"Coffee & Bagels" like they used to be (which means a more limited food menu than what they had before before) -Still veryfriendly staff Now that it's just a normal drive thru Caribou it will change my future frequency of visits since I have acouple closer to home. Dine-in is now open after being closed since start of pandemic. Feels like drive-thru times have also improved so maybe this... location is back to full staff. Good place for doing remote work or meeting with a small group. Read more
