We used to love this Caribou location but it has been going downhill for a while now. Our blended drinks are never fully... blended, mobile orders take forever, they don't provide a carrier when you have ordered four drinks. The other day I asked for acarrier, as the counter was so crowded, and I was told to grab one myself from a worker who wasn't doing much of anything. Thiswas also after an employee made eye contact with me twice and didn't offer help. Read more
This is a good Caribou! I've never had a bad experience with either their customer service or my order. The workers are... knowledgeable on drinks too, which is helpful as I visit only a couple times a year. Read more
Best staffed Caribou! They remember their customers and their orders! They also make the best crafted press and Latte's!
