I feel the food quality has greatly decreased at Chipotle over the past few years. I don't eat here often, but the food is not... as fresh, flavorful, or high quality as it used to be. The only high point right now is the people. There are a number of youngpeople running the show when I stop in, and they provide great customer service, even if working through things like supplyshortages.
