Just ordered a buffalo pizza not to long ago and got a Burnt pizza
If you wish for pizza delivery, PLEASE do not order from Dominos in Lakeville. It is a disaster. We have now had two missed... deliveries in a row. Both times, the Dominos phone app says it was delivered, but the food was delivered to another residence. Iam okay with feeding other folks...no issues there..but... We even have specific directions on the app on where to place theorder. If you call the store, you will get several different answers from several different people because you are always put onhold. I think we have now missed 5-6 deliveries in the past year or so. We have finally learned to never order delivery fromthis location and give up on Dominos Lakeville completely. We get it...worker shortage, pandemic, supply chain, but simplyincorrect deliveries several times to the same location. Lakeville has better pizza places to go to... Read more
It's my second time ordering Domino's and I believe the last one was from this location I don't know what the issue is but I... don't know why you guys can't put pineapple on my pizza I've asked for it I paid for it why not put it I even asked extrapineapple which means it's one of my favorite toppings so not to have it is pretty annoying I know you guys rush making yourpizzas and you're busy and what not but at the end of the day I'm paying for my food! This app is easy to order from and it even notifies you when your order is on the way. Wish most apps were as this one. Any... minor problems we have had management has always jumped in an resolved our concerns right away. Great service and always hot andon time. Thank you dominos!! Read more
Placed order and wait for delivery eta 45min... After waiting for 45min no pizza was delivered... ok no big deal... after 15 min... longer received email my order was canceled... Just horrible business that has no idea how to operate! Will never allow Domino'sin this household after this horrible service and corporate doesn't reply to complaints... 0 stars would be my review ifpossible! Read more
To start off I never had a bad experience with Dominos delivery before until today. I ordered at approximately 7:27 PM and when... I realized my tracker was not updating I called in and was told my order would be delivered at 9:30. Yes, a long wait time, butI was hungry and willing to wait. Forward to 9:50 PM, my order was not being updated in the slightest and when I called in I wasmet with the most obnoxious automated message for nearly 30 minutes. No one ever did pick up the phone either so that wasabsolutely great. Later at around midnight, I am met with a notice saying my order has been cancelled. Although the pizza is really good, their customer service lacks something special... actual customer service. I ordered a ham... and pineapple pizza (yum!) along with an order of cheesey bread. I was supposed to receive a free 12" pizza as well because of asurprise promo they're currently running. The order arrived on time and when I set the boxes on the counter and opened them, Ifound out that they delivered a pepperoni/saussage & pepperoni/green pepper pizzas, not what I ordered. By the time I realizedthe error in Domino's delivery, it was too late and the delivery driver had already left my house. I proceeded to call the storeand I was immediately placed in automated phone call hell. I have been waiting on hold to speak to an actual human for 52minutes and counting. Where you at Domino's????? So when you call to order a pizza you get someone in India who just learned English yesterday and has NO IDEA how to place an... order!!! Horrible Customer Service! I will take my money elsewhere! Read more
