The place is slow. Idk what is going on. Two assembly lines, staff at both sides. One side is making sandwiches, the other is... not. At other shops, my sandwich is done before I'm done paying - this place I've waited up to 30-25 minutes to get my sandwichwith 2-3 staff doing nothing at the other line. Their bread is amazing! Their 3 sandwiches we bought were excellent. My 2 kids and I thought they were underated for how good... their food is. The fact that they wash their hands before putting on new gloves when serving my family was something I reallyappreciated. Read more
Did not ring door bell as instructed causing us to wait almost an extra hour to eat. No announcement on delivery whatsoever and... our front door and windows were open. This whole pre-tipping concept is causing little to no effort on delivery. Also asked forsubs to be cut in half but not a huge deal, just tells you that nobody cares about service anymore. Read more
I ordered a giant turkey, lettuce and mayo only and a giant turkey with double meat plain. Its 38.60.. its delivered to my... house, I open the sandwich and there is lettuce and mayo only. No turkey. I call to explain and I'm upset after waiting 40 minand its wrong. The person was trying to make herself right. Telling me I ordered a giant turkey sandwich with lettuce and mayobut without the turkey. Seriously?. 38.60 ..ok 15 dollars for bread with lettuce and mayo on it?? Delivery cars are always parked in the fire lane even an hour and ten minutes before they open. Manager is not willing to take a... complaint.
