3 times now has this drive thru, inside clerk and manager failed/rejected my attempt to purchase a meal. They upscale to medium... drinks automatically, which I don?t want to pay for. They say all purchases available is lunch only and excludes breakfast. Andsince when does orange juice not come with a meal - yet you can get pop? What kind of world is McD creating/inspiring? This restaurant has no management oversight. The dining room is never attended to. The drink fountain area is always messy with... spilled drinks on it, a dripping syrup nozzle that has been leaking for several weeks and the syrup stays in the drain area.This creates fruit flies and no one seems to fix the problem. Coke can fix it if they know about it. I have worked in foodservice for over 39 years and this is unbelievable. The glass on the doors are filled with fingerprints that have never beencleaned for the same amount of time. Someone spit on the outside window that you can see from inside and it looks disgusting.Cobwebs in the window sills inside, broken metal trim from the wall laying on the window. I could go on and on, but you shouldcheck it out if you dare. The cleanliness of the restaurant shows how the management runs the place. Kids wearing outsideclothing and no uniforms. Health code states that staff cannot wear clothing that is not clean or part of the uniform because itcan harbor germs. Kids seem to mess around more in late afternoons and evenings when there is no responsible adult working. Read more

Had issues with my order there twice, I?d just drive to the Apple Valley one, simply a terrible experience. Workers don?t pay... attention and are less than willing to help, preferring to give you the least amount of attention so they can go back tolistening to their music or whatever. Read more

The store seemed to struggle for a very long time. It seems now they're getting a little more ahead of the game. Staff seems... more like a team in the lobby is a lot cleaner than it used to be. Read more

Use to be great but lately they mess up the order left and right. Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and got 2 mcchickens instead... which isn't even a meal choice. And now ordered food for my kids and they got them wrong as well. Read more

As of this year I noticed this location cannot take orders. I made my order via drive thru, they repeated my order to me, I said... thank you, and got the "my pleasure" response back from the lady that took my order. So I go yeah nothing can be wrong with myorder usually when I get that response. Lady at first window cash register even repeated my order but with poor English. Ideclined having my receipt printed to me since they repeated my order twice now. Now second window I received my food. I orderedtwo happy meals. Received only one. Little lady at second window says there is only one on the order. So I looped back to makeanother happy meal order. First window again I asked the cash register lady didn't my previous order came with two happy mealsas I have requested? Apparently she can't confirm with me. I have no problem looping around paying for another order IF I wasnot charged with two happy meals already. Manager dude comes up to me saying it's my fault for not taking my receipt..... wow.That is very professional. Pointing fingers right off the bat. So I asked did I pay for two happy meals? If not I'll pay for mysecond order. He goes no. Okay done deal should have been as simple as that. Paid for second order. Waited on parking space 1. They brought up my happy meal with no apple juice... I had to walk inside the store to get it. Worst experience ever. I miss theold crew. Manager dude looked so frustrated. The teenagers that were working had no clue what is going on while their manager isthe only one hustling. BTW this location have lots of kids working there now. I highly recommend taking your receipt as thiswas the second time I had ordering issues. Also speak super slow so they can take the orders. Sometimes you have to repeat threetimes. Read more

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal, got home and it was upside down in container and so full of grease, that the grease was... all the way through bag. It leaked in my truck and on the other food!! Read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE DRIVE THREW LADY I WANTED A SAUSAGE CHEESE MCMUFFIN SHE PROCEEDED TO ADD A... SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE MCMUFFIN I TOLD HER NO EGG I WANTED IT TO BE A SAUSAGE CHEESE MCMUFFIN I SAID AT LEAST 5 TIMES I GET TOTHE SECOND WINDOW AND ASK THE MANAGER IF THERE IS CHEESE ON THE SANDWICH HE SAID NO AND THEN PROCEEDED TO PUT THE CHEESE IN A 6PIECE NUGGET BOX DIDN'T EVEN REMAKE MY ORDER TO HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AND YES I DID SAY MANAGER!!
