Ok? so I?m not one to write reviews but this hands down the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Went there for a holiday drink... three days after they came out and they were out of peppermint. They were also out of Venti hot cups. so I asked for a peachgreen tea lemonade. The worker said they were out of peach. Fine. I asked for a Venti pink drink. They were out of Venti coldcups, so I was given a Trenta cup I was not told that they were out of Venti cold cups and was handed the Trenta with about 2inches of space at the top. So I walked in and asked if they could fill it up more. The lady said that they were out of Venticups and we?re just using Trenta?s and I was like no one told me that at the window so that?s why I had asked. The worker thattook my order thru the drive thru was extremely rude. Also I think I spend more money wasting gas in the drive thru line then Ido on the drinks. So. Slow. Read more
I treated self to an overpriced specialty coffee. Not a place i go to often.
Did a mobile order and picked up within five minutes my drink did not look or taste like what I ordered I asked the girl with... pink hair if she would please remake and what a snot she was. There have to be better people out there to hire. Read more
This has consistently been one of the slowest Starbucks in the area. Don?t stop here if you?re in a hurry. There?s another one... up the road with amazing people and amazing service. Go there instead. Read more
Danielle was exceptional. This is my first time getting coffee as a 33 year old man and she handled my antics with great care.... With her help and the delicious coffee. I will shoot my lowest round ever on the golf course. Read more
Went to Kenwood Trail Starbucks with a friend today and it had been a while since we went to this location. There was tiny sign... on the door and they wrote a note on the counter Mobile Order or Drive-up only. We did the mobile order only because we drovethere, a mistake to do so. Watched many people come in and leave due to not being able to order at the counter. We watchedpeople come and go who did order in advance and they touched other peoples cups , the staff did not even acknowledge any one whopicked up their order unless they stood there for forever or had to shout they needed help. I understand the 6 social distancingand the shortage of workers. They seemed to have a ton of people working but that does not mean you ignore the customers. Thisis the last time I will go to this Starbucks. VERY disappointing. Have at least one employee say hi to people or a simple thankyou. I have never seen a customer service industry treat their customers so rudely. Make your sign bigger as 4 font is not largeenough for some to read. Read more
11:29am....Tried to order a Venti Blonde toast, was told they were all out. Tried to order a Venti dark roast instead, was told... they were all out. I asked why they were out of coffee at the place you go for coffee..."well sir, we dumped it because we madeit at 11am and won't be making any more, we could upgrade your coffee to a pour over if you want to pull out of the drive thruand wait". Went in for an Eggnog Latte to find out that Starbucks has discontinued them. Real bummer. Service was great, drinks were a... little on the warm side instead of hot but I think that is just policy now. Read more
