I would rather have sent a private review to Starbucks, but I can?t find a way to do so. I?ve never had an issue with drink... orders or my experience using the drive-thru. My frustration is the customer experience inside the store. Twice in a row nowI?ve walked inside to order and it?s a good 2-3 minutes before I?m even acknowledged by any of the staff. Mind you there is atleast 3-4 people working each time it?s happened. I don?t expect them to drop what they?re doing, but I do believe you shouldwelcome a customer when they walk in. Make eye contact, smile, tell me you?ll be with me in a couple minutes. Waiting isn?twhat?s frustrating, it?s feeling like you?re invisible or a burden. The first time this happened, I walked out and drove toCaribou for my coffee instead. I?d rather pay for coffee at a place where I don?t feel like an inconvenience. Read more
