I would rather have sent a private review to Starbucks, but I can?t find a way to do so. I?ve never had an issue with drink... orders or my experience using the drive-thru. My frustration is the customer experience inside the store. Twice in a row nowI?ve walked inside to order and it?s a good 2-3 minutes before I?m even acknowledged by any of the staff. Mind you there is atleast 3-4 people working each time it?s happened. I don?t expect them to drop what they?re doing, but I do believe you shouldwelcome a customer when they walk in. Make eye contact, smile, tell me you?ll be with me in a couple minutes. Waiting isn?twhat?s frustrating, it?s feeling like you?re invisible or a burden. I ordered a venti iced matcha tea latte with vanilla and oat milk and all I got was the tea latte. This happens sooooo many... times when I go here. I try not to go to this one because of this but it?s right next to my work and sometimes I am running lateso I give in and try it again. Any other starbucks has no problem making this the correct way. For 8$ I should get what Iordered. Of course I tip when I pay before I realize it?s wrong. It?s ridiculous. Read more
If anyone is thinking of applying to this location please do not! I have worked there for almost 5 months and it has been one of... the most disrespectful jobs I have ever worked at. The manager there favors people, gossips about employees, and there is nosuch thing as confidentiality. They also where not paying me what I was told when hired. I went to hr today and he told me Iwould not be getting back pay. After I quit today the manager went back to the store and said she was told to tell people wehiring at $15 so they can recruit people but they would not be paid that. Read more
