Just went through the drive thru to get an order that I placed online and they told me they were closed?!? Horrid. We Waited in the drive through line for 1 hour!! Not my fault for not leaving because once your in you can?t get out!!... Lazy workers were opening the door every 5 minutes to hit there vaping devices while the line is full instead of working. Theyforgot two tacos which is my fault for not checking, but please figure something out to make things go smoother. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 steak quesadilla and baja blast freeze. When she handed it to me I noticed it wasnt... full (must have been an air pocket in there) and she promptly just gave me a new one! All the while the kid working the drivethrough was arguing with her about giving me a new one. Silence bro! She knows what shes doing. Good job! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to the burnsville location. This location has easily turned into the worst Taco Bell location that I've... been to in years. From smashing your Mexican Pizza tostadas so that you can barely eat it, to completely ignoring customersawaiting pick up orders. Blatantly ignoring someone at the door. P.S.
