Ordered a dine in experience in the app since I'm on the road all the time, but the employees have locked the doors and refuse... to answer it. If you go in person, make sure to check your bag before leaving the drive thru. Don't even think about using DoorDash or another... delivery service here. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt here, assuming that because it is a Taco Bell, they areregularly busy, but I rarely have gotten my food and had everything in the bag. Where is the Beef? You would think with the ever increasing prices they could make a Beef Chulupa Supreme correctly! I've given... this Taco Bell several chances to show me the Beef, but they have failed time and again. Their food use to be hot, packed withmeat, and tasty. Ordered 4 beef tacos and got 4 tacos with no cheese
I ordered via the mobile app the Make it your Own Cravings Deal Box. The crunch wrap wasn't evenly distributed with the... ingredients, but still good. I had to go back to the counter to ask for a new order if nacho chips since it was only half fullupon receiving. The manager allowed me to keep the bag and gave me a full one as well. I wish staff would make sure things arefull before handing out to the guest. None of items I requested as far as the two sauces were not included. What is the purposeof including on the app if the staff doesn't follow the instructions?? Read more
I went there and ordered a chill cheese burrito with extra cheese and received a burrito with only cheese. Worse it wasn't even... melted. They offered me a free one but I live 30 minutes round-trip away so that really isn't worth it. Basically I bought themost expensive cheese roll up. Also, they weren't allowing anyone to take orders up at the front counter even though there were4 people standing around taking in front of the counter. Read more
The manager, Brittney Balow, has been very disrespectful to me multiple times and my friends.She doesn?t know how to keep work... separate from personal life and it shouldn?t affect my food or service. She has used many vulgar words towards me and manyothers. This is not manager behavior and I hope there are consequences for the actions that iv received.
