Amazing pizzas, quality ingredients. I love the options on crusts, my family orders the thicker crust and I love the thin crust.... When we do delivery, it is always fast and pizza comes hot! Billed me twice and refused to remedy situation. I ordered food through their app. The app said the order didn't go and to... contact the store, which I did. The store started a whole new order and swore up and down that I would not be billed twice. Iwas billed twice. When I called the store after getting my CC bill, they refused to fix it. I had to contact my CC company toremove the charges. I won't trust them with my CC info ever again. Read more
Quality went down in the service and tbh I'm disappointed each time I've ordered from here time to time again.From the monkey... bread being burned to now it's all buttery and butchered in some pieces.Now you got the they were cancelling the orders withouttelling people until you had to call and then they told you they were short staffed and you have to come get it. The other timethey were hanging up the phone on people and messing around in the back or had loud music in the background. Which I've had tocall back to back and they kept hanging up the phone . Some days you got better then others but kinda getting tired of thedisappointment of the the way the pizza is looking or the quality of food is down. Read more
We've used Toppers a number of times in the past and really enjoyed their pizza. This time the pizza was over baked and lacked... cheese. In addition I had asked for take out to my car. I arrived in the order ready window and they acknowledged my arrival viatext. I waited for 10 minutes and finally went in, only to see my pizza sitting on the rack. Time to check out other options. Toppers is one of my favorite restaurants. This location might be even better than all the others I?ve tried. My food is always... ready on time and is exactly what I ordered. I always get the Toppers stix and a large pizza. The pizza is terrific, whetherit?s the regular or the tall boy. The Toppers stix might be my favorite food all together. Soft yet thick crust with a flavorfulhint of garlic, topped with real Wisconsin cheese and sliced into little rectangles that are perfect for dipping. That is thedefinition of delicious. Read more
Used to be pretty good until these past few months. Ordered a nachostix like I always do and received this. No nacho cheese and... almost 75% without cheese and toppings. No refund and they said I would get a coupon for a free pizza which has not beendelivered and it has been a week now. Read more
