I'm posting this comment in hopes that management sees it and takes action. The food basically is good although I've had items... that are sub par. I usually get the lasagna and it is always good. The service, however, is generally poor to terrible. Consistently poor service. Today, I went in and ordered the lunch special. You get an entree, a salad and a drink for $14.99. The price has gone up due to the pandemic, I'm sure. But today they have decided to start charging for a drink. To the tune of$3.50. Fine, tell me in advance and I'll get a water. The bill for the special was $20 in change. As usual nobody bothers tocome by to offer to fill your drink cup up. You get down to the end of your meal and you have barely managed to get the fooddown and have a sip left of your tea.. This goes directly to the horrible service you get in place. Terrible customer service. We were seated and told someone would be with us shortly. We were the second table with people in the... restaurant. After 4 employees walked by us without acknowledging us and 15 minutes later, I went to the hostess stand and askedfor someone to come take our order. 5 minutes later I went back and 3-4 employees were all talking and laughing at the hostessstand and I asked where our wait person was and she was there and became defensive basically telling us to chill out so we left. No desire to eat at a restaurant whose employees do not value me as a customer. Read more

Wasn?t half bad, stopped in for our first time, we are always in this corner at Hops and Thyme and Flores, but though lets peek... our heads in here and what the bees knees was! Was fairly empty when we we went in. I surprised, seems like such a cute littleplace! Most everyone was on the patio, we were the only ones inside. I had the penne with marinara sauce and hubs had thespaghetti with meat sauce, the food was great, not so sure with the waitress, she nice enough but seems to want to rush usout- Every time she came by she asked if we wanted the check. We just wanted to chill out and enjoy our time. Will definitelybe back though, I would love to try other options on the menu, so many things to choice from. I love how vast the menuwas. Our daughter loves it, but it's not my favorite. Their pizza is ordinary. I do like the crust, but not the toppings and sauce... so much. The staff is pleasant but sometimes it takes a while to get served. This time we got it to go. It's better when it'sfresh, though. Read more
