Short on staff that morning but still plenty of people behind the counter! My items were available quickly! I used the app AND... ordered a cold brew at the counter when I got there. All arrived as ordered and were yummy. Free table to munch on my bageland coffee while I updated my grocery list. Read more

So?I don?t really expect the same service from a Starbucks inside a store. I gave this three stars because the convenience is... nice and my drink was really good. The service was really off, though. So, we came in just to maybe get Randall?s fried chicken(it is absolutely tasty) and pick up a pumpkin pie (surprisingly that wasn?t very good as the crust was almost hard and cookielike) for a movie night. We normally go to H-E-B but decided to pop into Randall?s for the heck of it. There was only one personworking and she was making one drink for another customer. We went up to the counter. There was no eye contact and no greetingfor over 5 minutes. She made the other person?s drink and proceeded to clean up a little. She may have been new as she tastetested the other customer?s drink from what was left in the blender cup (in a separate cup of course) as if she was making sureit tasted right, etc. (I am not going to bizarrely post her pic/write some icky negative comment about her looks/weirdlydescribe her manner of dress like another commenter did about some baristas at this location as that is just beyond not cool). If she was new, I can understand your first go ?rounds alone can be daunting and frazzle you and so being a little shut down toget through the stress can happen.) After around five minutes, one of us contemplated starting the shopping. At about the 8minute mark she took or order (yes we were looking at the time on our phones at that point as it was odd to just stand thereforever and still be the only people there except whomever she has made the drink for [they were not around the counter anywherebut obviously someone had ordered as she was making a drink]). I left my husband and went to the bakery which is right next tothe Starbucks counter, perused the goods, grabbed my pumpkin pie, grabbed another tasty baked good I found, and got somecrackers from the bakery area also. I had ordered one drink and my husband didn?t get anything?and she was s Read more

Starbucks is always a good idea. The drive thru was packed but they moved quickly.

This is the worst service I have ever had in any Starbucks ever! 4:30pm on the 13th of September 2022. 4 employees (3 females... and 1 male). The tallest girl with long ragged hair was the worst. The male and the girl with the hijab were not far behind inrudeness. Absolutely rude. I will not return for a while. And the place was dirty, no clean tables. Read more

The employees here are really nice, and for a while I very much enoyed making this my last stop before heading home, even though... my drinks are usually not blended or mixed well (easily fixed). Whoever made my usual favorite tonight, though, either doesn'tcare about their job or was trying to send a message that I'm not welcome there. There was some white chunk of somethingfloating in my drink, the drink tasted off, there was a piece of something metallic and sharp that I sucked up through my straw(luckily I felt it on my tongue before I swallowed it), and coffee grounds in the bottom, of a non coffee drink. A little tipto the baristas for other customers who will get the matcha tea drinks: if you use the blender, it works better. If you don'twant to dirty the blender, the shaker blends it pretty well if you put some ice and milk in before the powder and shake it sideto side first. The ice helps break up the powder. If you don't want to have to dirty a different vessel, still, 1/3 ice andabout halfway with milk, then the powder and rattle it side to side to break up the powder, then add the rest of the milk andstir. I'll go back to making it at home for a while. Read more

Placed my order through the app to pick up inside. After getting in and see multiple people arrive, order and leave, I inquired... about my order? they hadn?t even started making it and only started it after asking if I could be refunded ???? (this was about1130 in the morning and there were only two people waiting when I arrived? I think I may have just gotten lost in the mix if I?mbeing honest. I?m from out of town so can?t say if that is a normal experience) Gave 2 stars because the staff wasn?t rude, theinside was clean and it is conveniently located. Read more
