Please watch the staff. I came in today at 8:30pm not many people eating. I personally watched the cook moving boxes and pushing... boxes around in the door passage between the kitchen and backroom. Then the cook came from the back wearing disposable glovesand without washing his hands or changing the gloves started to grab the food and started cooking. I waited and watched themanager cleaning the drink fountain and then walked inside and walked to the kitchen started grabbing the fries out of a smallfreezer and poured them to fry. Manager didn't wash her hands either. I didn't feel right to feed my child this food so I toldthe manager what I had witnessed and she didn't even apologize. Worste service I've ever seen. Was there for 45 minutes for my meal. I asked for only lettuce on my sandwich and they put... everything on it. Went back and told them that I want only lettuce and they made it again with everything on it. Frys had about5 pounds of salt. Other customers were angry as well.you can see the manager in the back just sitting there not helping out whentheres clearly big problems going on. I will not be eating there again. Poor management. Awful experience here. I waited for them to open at 9AM the day before my birthday. I was really looking forward to having a... nice breakfast sandwich meal. I ordered then gave the cashier a legitimate printed-gift-card, one that I had just used the dayearlier at the Artesia location without any problem. The manager came to the front, pressed a couple buttons, then said "oursystem does not take this". She tried blowing me off by saying that I should call their 800 number or download some app. I leftwithout any breakfast and spent the rest of the day infuriated. Why do they do this to a (formerly) regular customer? Thislocation is a dysfunctional joke. It doesn't even deserve ONE star. Read more
Went back today for their tacos. The guy who waited on me, reconized me. 2 days straight. Love their tacos, no lettuce, add... onion, yummy. Sorry they are better than jack in the box, they use shredded cheese, instead of slice. The meat is better too.Service was great, didnt wait very long for food. Yes i will be back soon. This Burger King inside lakewood mall is very convenient at the food court. Place is clean and not packed but waiting is a bit... long for me. Employees don't seem to have a sense of urgency serving you but then again it is my own perception. Table area isa bit small and you will have to go outside for a bigger table. Good news is that there are plenty of tables in the food courtarea. Read more
They say when it rains, it pours! After bombing an interview for a potential new job, I went looking for food. BK seems a good... choice (usually) but it wasn't to be. This particular BK served me burnt, dehydrated, cardboard tasting patty. I ordered the newsourbread double. The bottom patty was good but the other one was not. I wanted to make a fuss over it but as I see a line ofcustomers and what seemed like a worker trying to take a photo of me I decided it was best to do it without a possible argument.
